My final project is a book about challah on Shabbat. It starts with my student exchange in the city of Milan, where I did not find challah while wandering the street. This is a book that connects tradition and the future, through the collection of materials and visuals from ancient times to the present day. In the book I explore communities through recipes and add a personal flavor.
